Shipping Information

Sports 365 offers FREE economial shipping within the continental United States.  If you want expedited or next day shipping, you will need to select this type of shipping at checkout and pay for this type of shipping.  We try to get all of the products out and into the mail the same day you order.  We ship using the USPS, UPS and FedEX.  

Any products being shipped in the USA but outside the continental USA (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, USVI, Puerto Rico, etc), we charge the actual shipping fee.  This shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.  There is no mark-up or handling fee for any of our products.  

Several of our products can be shipped outside the USA.  Anything going outside the USA we use DHL, USPS, UPS and FedEx.  

We obtain a tracking number for all of products we ship. We will email or text you when your package has shipped, in this email or text, you will receive the tracking number, so you can track or follow your package to your address.  

Sports 365 cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.  During the holidays or peck shopping periods, sometimes the carriers are delayed.  These delays are not the fault of Sports 365.  After we give the package to the shipper, Sports 365 can not speed up or slow down the delivery.  Sports 365 is not responsible for missed delivery days or delays due to carrier transit problems, weather or natural disasters. Sports 365 does not refund shipping costs for delays caused by the carrier.

If you choose to purchase a product from the Sports 365 website, it is the buyer's responiblity to make sure the shipping address (ship to address) is 100% correct.  If Sports 365 ships to the address in your order, and it's the wrong address, we will not refund your order.
