Sports 365 – 30 Day Return Policy
At Sports 365, we strive to provide high-quality products and accurate product information so customers can make informed purchasing decisions. Please review this policy carefully prior to completing your purchase.
By placing an order with Sports 365, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
30-Day Return Window
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required before any item may be returned. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the outer shipping carton used to return the product.

Sports 365 is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and insurance for your protection.
Original outbound shipping costs paid by Sports 365 are non-refundable.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
Proper Return Packaging Requirements
Returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Do not ship the product back using only the manufacturer’s retail box or packaging. The manufacturer’s box must be placed inside a separate protective shipping carton (such as a corrugated cardboard box, poly bag, or similar outer packaging) to prevent damage.
If the manufacturer’s packaging is damaged, marked, taped, or altered in any way due to improper return packaging, the return will be subject to a restocking fee.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund without a restocking fee, items must be returned:

Brand new

Unopened
-
Unassembled
-
In original, factory-sealed packaging

With all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and promotional materials included
Products must show no signs of use, wear, assembly, or handling beyond normal inspection.
Restocking Fees
Due to the nature of specialty equipment, opened or handled products cannot be resold as new.
A minimum 25% restocking fee will be assessed on any item that:

Has been opened

Has broken factory seals
-
Has been assembled or tested
-
Shows signs of use
-
Is missing parts or packaging
-
Is returned in non-original packaging
-
Is returned with damaged manufacturer packaging
Restocking fees may be higher depending on the condition of the returned item and supplier policies.
Non-Returnable Situations (Without Restocking Fee)
Returns due to the following reasons are subject to restocking fees:

Ordered by mistake

Ordered wrong size, color, or model
-
Item arrived later than expected
-
Carrier shipping delays
-
Found a lower price elsewhere
-
No longer needed
-
Do not like the design or performance
-
Difficulty understanding operation
We strongly encourage customers to review product specifications, manufacturer manuals, and instructional materials prior to purchase.
Inspection & Refund Processing
Refunds are not issued until the returned product has been received and inspected.
Inspection may take up to 6 business days (excluding delivery date). Refund amounts are determined after inspection confirms product condition.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to the address provided and that address is incorrect, Sports 365 is not responsible for replacement or refund.
Freight Forwarders & International Shipping
Sports 365 ships within the United States only.
If a customer uses a freight forwarder or third-party shipping service to export products outside the United States:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any return shipping label required is at the buyer’s expense.

Sports 365 is not responsible for shipping costs, customs fees, tariffs, duties, or transportation charges associated with returning items back into the United States.

Sports 365 assumes no responsibility for damage, defects, or issues once the item leaves the original U.S. delivery address.
Defective Products
If you believe your product is defective, you must contact Sports 365 within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, manufacturer warranty procedures apply and customers must contact the manufacturer directly for service, repair, or replacement.
Certain manufacturers require direct contact with their service centers for warranty claims.
Wrong Item Sent
If Sports 365 ships the incorrect item, we will:

Provide a prepaid return label, and

Replace the item at no cost
OR
-
Issue a full refund upon return of the incorrect product
(Excludes freight-forwarded international shipments.)
